Actualizeaza programul, chiar daca ai ultima versiune.
Actualizeaza DUK Integrator.
Cand validezi fisierul xml ai grija ca la "alegeti tipul declaratiei" sa alegi "D406" (si nu altceva).

Verifica fisa contului 999.

Eu aveam o inregistrare la o factura, si apareau erorile legate de chirii+impozit, si dividende+impozit.

Dupa ce am corectat inregistrarea (care nu avea legatura) s-a generat D406.

am actualizat tot si am aceeasi problema. poate are cineva solutia va rog mult

Daca ai eroare cu regiune (ceea ce reprezinta judetul), atunci trebuie sa corectezi, nu exista judetul "RO", ci doar tara "RO".
Cel mai probabil s-a facut import de date in mod gresit.

Probabil ca nu ai facut ceva bine. Am si eu retinere impozit chirii si am primit recipisa fara erori.
PF-proprietar - am creat-o in ecranul Furnizori, cu CNP si Adresa completa (jud, oras, strada nr.).
Si ulterior, am inregistrat pe Intrari tip Neimpozabil (similar cu inregistrarea impozitului pe dividende)

Eroarea cu TaxType 628 e una generată de alte erori nu are treabă cu impozitul pe chirii sau contul 628. În acest caz e generată de un furnizor creat greșit.
